I saw this last night. I enjoy it, but the whole time the technical side of me thought "how pains taking could this have been for him?". I would think the song was slowed down, as was the film speed, then brought back up to normal in post. (Or the film just sped up to meet the song's original settings.) So walk through a song like that, almost front to back (there are a couple of breaks in it), get the moves right in slower motion, etc - that's work! Many artists have used similar techniques. Mariah did in "Heartbreaker", and Beyonce did for "Blow", to name a couple.
I dig the video though. It's simple, but visually interesting. As many uninventive performance videos that Prince did, I wish he'd have tried something like this at some point.

I don't know but he made this sort of dance routine in AMA performance.

He focused on one thing: Going solo and showing his signature, slick dance moves.
People are kinda sick of the hooligans and the whole braggadocious vibe they got from Uptown Funk and 24K Magic.
I liked the video. Its cute, fun and simple. Every video doesn't necessarily have to be big budget in order to be entertaining. I also like how in his videos it always looks like he is having fun and good time.
