Adele tried but she wasn't the right choice to pay tribute to George.

That Metallica/Gaga perfotmance was much needed and was it was refreshing to see a live rock performance on an awards show. What was up with everyone but Gaga's mics though?

The sound issues they're having are embarrassing. Better have it sorted by the time they do the Prince tribute.
