Lewis Taylor Podcast for 20th Anniversary of his Debut

If you're a Lewis Taylor fan, here's a podcast for the 20th Anniversary of Lewis Taylor's Lewis Taylor. I had the privilege of recording it with Ivan of Grown Folks Music and Jehan of The Music Snobs. This is my first non-Prince podcast (4th overall) with GFM but I talk about Prince too anyway throughout.

We also debate Lewis II (my personal favorite) vs. Lewis Taylor (the debut, Jehan's favorite).

Thankss. Very nice podcast. Almost two years ago I was introduced to his music and I'm still listening a lot.

I upload some videos on Vimeo, and I hope Mr Taylor didnt request to take down. biggrin

Seriously, how is Jehan not a professional music critic! The guy's insight is just incredible. I mean I don't always agree with his opinions but my goodness he does know his stuff!

Anyone who hasn't listened to the music snobs podcast please, please do yourself a favour and listen!

He is an incredible talent. I was late to his party, but stayed till the end. I just wish it had lasted longer.

funkypixie,

I totally concur. It was a privilege and honor for Jehan to join us and The Music Snobs is my favorite music podcast by far. They are going to post a new Prince one soon.

namepeace, very well said. I hear you loud and clear. I wish it would have lasted longer too but at this point in my life I'm happy that we got what we got.

Graycap23, in my humble opinion, the Taylor collection should be permanently out smile
