I'd recommend Wish You Were Here, Animals and Meddle, too. Maybe in that order. Assuming that you haven't heard them already, of course.

Today its Into the Wild (2007) Soundtrack from Eddie Vedder. Its's amazing and I highly recommend you also watch the film directed by Sean Penn, its a great adaptation of Jon Krakauer's 1996 non-fiction book and I give it 5 out of 5 popcorn and Eddie should have gotten the Oscar for best score!
