LMP never said MJ was abusive in public. It was John Ocszaja who said in private that MJ was "emotionally abusive" to her. I remember this was reported in some newspaper though my memory of it is very vague. But, yeah, abusive in the sense of manipulative.

Sony Music Tricked Michael Jackson Fans Into Buying Fake CDsCharlotte Hassan
In 2014, a Michael Jackson fan suspected the songs she was listening to were fake. That fan, Vera Serova, accused Jackson’s long time friend Eddie Cascio and his production company, Angelikson Productions LLC, of creating and selling fake songs via Michael Jackson’s estate and Sony Music Entertainment. Also implicated was James Porte. The fake songs were allegedly released on the 2010 Michael album, and include ‘Monster’, ‘Keep Your Head Up’, and ‘Breaking News’. Both Cascio and Porte claim that these songs were recorded in Cascio’s New Jersey basement in 2007. However, Serova and the entire Jackson family contest these claims. They say that despite the recordings bearing a similar sound to that of the pop legend, Michael Jackson never recorded those songs. There are simply too many inconsistencies. Consequently, Serova filed a lawsuit against Cascio and Porte. The suit included Sony Music Entertainment, as Serova claims that they mislead consumers by falsely representing the songs as Michael Jackson recordings. Sony Music tried to get the Judge on the case to rule out consumer protection claims from the putative class action. The class action alleged that Sony tricked fans into buying Michael Jackson’s posthumous albums containing songs recorded by other vocalists. But Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Ann I. Jones rejected Sony’s attempts, stating that the dismissal bid was ”improper procedurally and wouldn’t have prevailed anyway”. The case continues. Original filing is below. ..................................................................................................................................
been trying to tell King of Pop fans that it's all over.......there is nothing else coming down the pike, that the well is run dry
that's why I didn't even buy these albums, or even listen to the records, because when you cross the I's and dot the T'S, you could see right off the buy they weren't real.........
the great hijinx
we're never going to get another body of new music from Michael Jackson ever again
it's all over........done.......
the estate knows this, that's why assets are being forked over to the highest bidder
it's all spiritual...........all of it
stay tuned

Oh gosh lol some things never change on the Org I see. Some here are still as crazy and delusional as ever. Anyway, I watched that Tavis Smiley interview about MJ. He didn't reveal anything new about MJ or his final days. Most of the fans have heard all this. The Prince tid bit was the most interesting part. I can believe it. There was some rivalry there and both were competitive but I always believed they respected each other. "And When The Groove Is Dead And Gone, You Know That Love Survives, So We Can Rock Forever" RIP MJ
"Baby, that was much too fast"...Goodnight dear sweet Prince. I'll love you always

Hmm. Just the 3 Cascio tracks were fake. All the rest have been legit.
Let's see, 'This Is It' had a couple of unreleased tracks, 'Michael' had demos and unreleased tracks, there were several on Bad 25 deluxe too, also included 'Bad @ Wembley, Xscape was all good, especially the deluxe version with the original demos.

I think those tracks are really rough unfinished demos mixed with a MJ soundalike and bits from other songs eg. he he to fill in the blanks. As a result they don't sound legit. That is why I didn't buy that album or Xscape....too many people involved who either dissed MJ when he was alive or after he died, putting their grubby hands on his music eg. I kind of like Xscape Deluxe as it has the original versions too and lest face it, they are good songs. I agree I am not into all the remixes and these so called "Producers" ruining MJ's legacy. The best Estate item I think so far is Bad25 as it has the 2nd disc of unreleased cuts like Al Capone, Abortion Papers, Price of Fame and Free. . I don't think there will be much more after the 25 series ends and they run out of ways to repackage his music yet again! The Cascio tracks were a mistake, but the cover art in Michael is cool though. Got some kind of love for you, and I don't even know your name

There's still a couple tracks MJ worked on with John Barnes in the mid 80's that are probably worth a good listen that haven't been released yet...

I'll happily take that response from you. I've said this before and I'll say it again. They have material, so the well's not dry The issue is that the estate is more concerned with the BRAND of Michael Jackson, not the work if they were, they would've called John Barnes, Teddy Riley, Steve Porcaro, Michael Prince, Bryan Loren, Bill Bottrell, Brad Buxer and others to work on the projects. In fact some of them have said the estate has only called them to get permission to REMIX songs The guy who gave them the multitracks for the Wembley DVD said the master tapes of the London shows were in the archives but basically, they didn't look hard enough smh Call his collaborators, his videographers, the people who worked at MJJ and Optimum to sort things back in order (Apparently his archives were in disarry for awhile when he died) and get the right people to put together releases but they ain't got time for that "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

I don't think they're concerned with the brand at all.
Their statement in response to the ludicrous child porn Enquirer article was ridiculously passive. They should have said CATEGORICALLY that the police had not found child porn, much less pics of animal torture, that Judge Melville had signed a document written by the prosecution confirming it and that Zonen himself denied it. Instead we got a bland statement that did nothing for the people not in the know who read the "report". That's what they really need to do. If people think MJ is a pedophile, they won't buy his music and won't adhere to the MJ brand.

They're incredibly shitty with EVERY press statement. They did the same thing when that BS stories about the FBI files and $100 million payoff, or Conrad Murray's interview. They never do shit yet today announced an expansion on the MJ slot machines smh "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. Excellent post!
The Estate doesn't care about the authenticity of Michael's work. They just want what will sell. They should have more of his collaborators working on these new releases not outsiders.

Michael should have made Geragos the lawyer of the Estate instead of that bland and passive pussy Weitzman. I can guarantee you no one would be messing with MJ's name without thinking twice. In fact, Weitzman and Branca are the reason Wade is suing the Estate. He knows these two guys will never try a case: they were the ones who convinced MJ to settle and he is looking for the same.

and sort out Robson and the other opportunists once and for all....and on the music front, I just wished they would release the things the fans really, really...... REALLY want! Live concerts on cd, dvd and blu ray. In particular I would like a nice clean copy of 1979 Jackson show from New Orleans https://www.youtube.com/w...cTltS9XOBc it was damn good show and very funky MJ was rockin the glove in 79! They need to get it together...or leave it alone! [Edited 7/12/16 22:20pm] Keep Calm & Listen To Prince

With the latest news about Robson hiring new lawyers (who were probably behind the latest smear campaign against MJ judging by their ahem "press" release etc) I thought I would post this link about The Truth About What Michael Jackson Had (And Didn’t Have) In His Bedroom which debunks alot of the recylced crap that is being promoted as recent news. http://www.huffingtonpost...6648f4a3f8 [Edited 7/14/16 22:28pm] [Edited 7/14/16 22:37pm] Keep Calm & Listen To Prince
