What to watch on Monday, March 28...
SEASON 10 PREMIERE, 12:01am Pacific, Netflix Trailer Park Boys The North-of-the-Border hijinks resume in Season 10, although with the exchange rate I believe it’s only Season 7.7 U.S.
12:01am Pacific, Hulu 11/22/63 With the endgame approaching, Jake is… well, not in good shape, apparently. Even as Sadie tries to help out, history seems certain to repeat itself. Or, I guess, happen the same way the first time, so… peat itself? I dunno, guys, time travel is weird.
SEASON 3 FINALE, 8pm, Freeform The Fosters The family comes together in the wake of tragedy in “Kingdom Come,” but Callie’s troubling discovery leaves her in a moral quandary. Meanwhile, a gift from Nick adds fuel to Mariana’s guilt, Justina proceeds with the Fost and Found launch party, and Brandon tells his moms that Cortney, too, is a mother.
8pm, CBS Supergirl The Woman of Steel teams up with the Fastest Man Alive in “Worlds Finest,” when the Flash (Grant Gustin) pops in from an alternate network universe. Before he can return to his neck of the woods, he’ll help Supergirl run rings around the far more dastardly duo of Livewire and Silver Banshee.
8pm, The CW Crazy Ex-Girlfriend “Josh’s Sister Is Getting Married!” finds Rebecca recruited into bridesmaid duty, which she sees as a chance to make amends with Valencia—despite Paula’s disapproval. Elsewhere, Greg offers some romantic assistance that sparks an epiphany of his own.
8pm, Fox Gotham No longer in protective custody, Gordon must depend on a new friend to keep him from getting pounded into a fine paste in “Prisoners.” Enjoying sunnier circumstances is Oswald, who’s bonding with his father even as his step-family takes more sinister measures.
8:30pm, TBS American Dad! Stan is separated from his family by a malevolent force that wreaks havoc on the town in “The Two Hundred.”
SEASON 1 FINALE, 9pm, Freeform Recovery Road Maddie hits the 30-day mark in rehab in “(Be) Coming Clean,” but a painful revelation about Charlotte and a loss for the house put a damper on the milestone. Meanwhile, Wes’s attempts to help his brother backfire.
SEASON 1 FINALE, 9pm, TBS Angie Tribeca Geils has been kidnapped, the lieutenant’s life is on the line, and there’s also apparently a bomb involved because this episode is called “The One With the Bomb.” Can Tribeca save the day, or possibly the days, depending on how loosely connected all these threads are?
DOCUMENTARY PREMIERE, 9pm, HBO Only the Dead See the End of the War Journalist Michael Ware and Oscar-winning director Bill Guttentag examine the impact of the Iraq War on civilians, soldiers, and the international community.
9pm, A&E Bates Motel Norman and his new buddy go on an adventure in “Lights of Winter,” which I imagine will inspire more than one Bates Motel-Calvin and Hobbes mashup drawing on Tumblr. Also in good spirits this week is Norma, who has a merry old time at a festival in White Pine Bay.
9pm, The CW Jane the Virgin Jane and Michael’s wedding plans are thrown asunder when a flood devastates Casa Villanueva in “Chapter Thirty-Eight.” Also disrupting the nuptials is a disagreement between Jane and Rogelio over how grand a gala to make it. Elsewhere, Rafael is displeased that Jane and Michael’s intended new home places him farther away from Mateo, and Petra has a tough time adapting to motherhood.
9pm, Syfy The Magicians With a showdown in Fillory looming, Quentin and the gang bone up on their combat skills in “Remedial Battle Magic.” They’ll probably want to grind up to at least level 55 or 60, just to be safe. Meanwhile, Julia and Kady are pushed to their limits during a mission with the Free Traders.
9pm, Fox Lucifer Lucifer gains a window into some dysfunctional families other than his own in “Pops,” as he and Chloe investigate a murder which may have been committed by the victim’s son, and as Chloe’s world is rocked by the return of her mother.
9pm, CBS Scorpion “Twist and Shout” sends the team to Vietnam to recover some marines’ remains. Adding a teensy wrinkle to that plan, though, is the enormous tornado bearing down on them.
SEASON 3 FINALE, 10pm, VH1 Hit the Floor “Possession” sees Derek keeping a secret, Ahsha facing a new reality, Sloane fighting for her life, and the ownership of the Devils being determined at last.
10pm, PBS Independent Lens An Honest Liar profiles James “The Amazing” Randi, who spent decades applying his skills as an illusionist to debunk the deceptions of faith healers, fortune-tellers, and other charlatans, including a longtime battle with self-proclaimed spoon-bender Uri Geller. But the unraveling of another elaborate lie closer to home could prove devastating. Penn & Teller, Adam Savage, Bill Nye, and others reflect on Randi’s legacy.
10pm, AMC Better Call Saul Jimmy helps Mike defuse a tense situation in “Inflatable,” even as he charts a bold new road ahead for himself.
10pm, NBC Blindspot An art heist has ties to one of Jane’s tattoos in “Older Cutthroat Canyon,” because if it didn’t it wouldn’t be an A-plot on this show. Realizing that she’s the true target, Jane flees in order to keep the team out of the line of fire.
10pm, CBS NCIS: Los Angeles In “Seoul Man,” the team is assigned to protect the Pacific Command’s big cheese and to keep their eyes peeled for a North Korean spy. If their briefing materials on spies are accurate, the culprit should be wearing a huge pointy hat and rigging an overly elaborate trap involving a cartoon bomb and some piranhas.
11pm, Syfy Bitten After Katia absconds with baby Rocco, Nick, Paige, and Rachel deploy magic to track her down. Elsewhere in “On the Brink,” Elena seeks Konstantin’s help to nip the blood feud in the bud, while Clay and Jorge’s monitoring of the Albino ends in violence.
