Iron Maiden are getting amazing reviews. 80 on Metacritic for Book of Souls. This band used to be seen as a joke. Number 4 on Billboard! NME like them! Prince only got a 56. When Maiden can beat Prince that's pretty pathetic.

Book of Souls is amazing, the best they've been since bruce returned. it's not as Good as the 80's stuff but still. they still kill it live. She Believed in Fairytales and Princes, He Believed the voices coming from his stereo

Robert Christgau never reviewed one of their albums. The pro Heavy Metal critic Chuck Eddy did a book of the best 500 Heavy Metal albums. In the introduction he disses bands like Maiden, saying they basically sucked. They are not in the 500 albums. All you others say Hell Yea!! | |

Book of Souls is amazing. I love it! I'm still uncertain whether it's their best post-reunion album, but it's right up there. My phone tried to change the album title to Book of Soups. That's a little less metal. "Drop that stereo before I blow your Goddamn nuts off, asshole!"
