Year 2008: the 14 and 1/2 years long loan, that Sony Corporation forced Michael Jackson in

Year 2008: Sony Corp. pushed Michael Jackson into a 14 and 1/2 years long loan to pay back to Sony Corp.

With the financial situation MJ was forced facing, MJ was pushed in deeper trouble by Sony Corp.

Starting in 2008 and for 14 and 1/2 years after, Sony Corp. diverted Michael Jackson 's revenues from Sony/ATV to themselves .

In 2008/2009 :

Neverland was in foreclosure.

Hayvenhurst was going into foreclosure.

There were loans on Sony/ATV.

There were loans on Mijac.

A MJ that was already facing loans & foreclosures, did NOT need Sony Corp. diverting MJ's money from Sony/ATV revenues to Sony Corp.,to pay acquisition debts!

Imagine the financial impact that this acquisition loan in 2008 was having on MJ, a MJ facing loans & foreclosures.

How little revenues from Sony/ATV were left for Michael Jackson to pay his loan against Sony/ATV ownership, to avoid losing it?

How little revenues from Sony/ATV were left for Michael Jackson to pay his loan against MiJAC, to avoid losing it ?

How little revenues from Sony/ATV were left for Michael Jackson to pay his loan against Neverland, to avoid losing it ?

In 2008, for Sony Corp.,acquisitions loans through their 1/2 of Sony/ATV,was just a matter of moving money from one sector of a multibillion dollar Corporation, to another sector of the same Corporation, following a long term Corporation business plan.

In 2008,with the financial situation MJ was forced facing and that was pushing him to the loss of everything, an acquisition loan against his 1/2 of Sony/ATV, was the LAST thing MJ needed!

A Michael Jackson failing to accomplish "This is It" and surviving, would have meant the loss of EVERYTHING he had!

Sony was at his door ... Sony had already a plan in their mind for MiJAC , with Syco/Branca 's involvement....plan implemented after MJ's death by Sony/Branca.

The Michael Jackson's "ownership" of sony/ATV and MiJAC was and still is an "ownership" of facade that have had for years and still has today, ONE MAIN beneficiary ONLY... SONY Corporation!

MJ had died, while Sony has made a living off him.

Most of us did not know all the details behind Mike's MEGA debt but we knew he had an assload of Creditors/Collectors....Now let's Fast-Foward....Thanks to the Entertainment Law Firm that is handling his estate all the bills should've been paid in full years ago...I'm still curious why a Judge would honor Michael's OLD will that stated the Entertainment Law Firm should handle his Estate when The Jackson Family claim Michael ended his business/personal relationship with the Firm...Very confusing, but I guess a "Legal Will" that is never changed/updated is STILL valid....
