I like the solo CD. Fortunately, I purchased prior to his passing and got it for approx $12.00. Amazon prices now are ridiculous!

His smooth cosmic vocal is legendary. I can listen to Heaven Must Be Like This and Honey all day. He's probably the 4th father of funk behind JB, Sly Stone, and George Clinton. [Edited 1/20/15 16:07pm] Don't laugh at my funk
