Happiest/Saddest song

Coming out of Tower Records the other day some girl taking a poll asked me a question I thought would be perfect for this forum.

1.What is the happiest song you've heard?

2.What is the saddest song you've heard
I answered Summer of Love by the B-52's for happiest and Nothing Compares to You as the saddest.

right now I can only come up with a sad song:

'It's a motherfucker' - Eels

this song is beautiful and probably the saddest I know, it chokes you up!
