The newest L&HH in the franchise taking place in Hollywood is set to premiere September 15th and features many familiar but forgotten faces : Teairra Mari will be 1 of the main castmembers (the show in theory is about women connected to hip hop) as well as Nia Riley, daughter of singer, songwriter and producer Teddy Riley (formed Guy and Blackstreet).

As for the men, Ray J, Omarion, Soulja Boy (who is dating Nia), rapper Yung Berg and Omarion's former bandmate Lil Fizz (they were in B2K together) will be featured.

The other women in the show aren't famous as of yet.

Basically, this particular cast features washed up singers and rappers who were hot 10 years ago and clearly want to get back in the spotlight This is going to be mess and I'm sure we'll see a lot of ratchet behavior.

This is basically what ALL of the Love & Hip Hop franchises are about (New York, and especially the ATL one which is the only one I can stand to watch). But this Hollywood cast seems like a hot mess in itself and they are really reaching. Teairra Mari? This chick only had one song didn't she? And the King of New Jack Swing's daughter? Lawd no. I especially have no interest in wasting any of my eye sight in seeing Ray Wack J. in any damn thing. Soulja Boy? That was a quick 15 minutes wasn't it?

I think its VH1. You know I had no clue who this character was until he started singing live on the radio promoting a new season. I just cracked up because I didn't think he had any talent. He's such a huge asshole, you'd think his whole life was full of shit Come to find out he was behind some of the hit songs to come out of Bad Boy...I was floored.

OMG, damn near ALL of the label's important hits, and especially the coveted 1997 "Bad Boy Remix" that gave hits to artists on competing labels!

I thought she was a better singer than Rihanna and her debut actually has some underrated songs on it. It was messed up how Camel screwed her over.

He really did mess her over badly. He basically kicked her to the curb like she never existed. And her album did have some nice songs on it.

It was messed up because she was just a teenager and she claimed that he made her a bunch of promises that he obviously lied about and then act like he didn't even know her. I really love the song "Act Right" from her debut. Its a very underrated R&B cut. She has a descent voice that if she wanted to still do music she could give the R&B market a shot but she seems like the type that likes to make ratchet music

"Act Right" was a jam. And you are right, ever since that first album, she was been on some real ratchet sh**. And, I have a feeling, she's gonna act a fool on this show too.
