Y'know...I never understood what the allure is with her voice. She sings in one tone all the time, has no falsetto, the same vibrato for years and she smokes the competition. I like her (the person) more than I do her (the singer.) Sorry. Not hatin'...just reLATIN'. Good 4 HER tho! THAT'S an amazing feat! smile

Hungry? Just look in the mirror and get fed up.

Yes but Streisand has a built in audience of.

.

1. Gay men who worship the ground she walks on.

2. Over the top Jewish, Irish and Italian women from Noo York and Brookklynn like Fran Drescher who thinks she is their queen.

3. A lot of the easy listening crowd

4. Rich corprate types

5. Jews

6. Catholics

7. White Women and Gay men aged between mostly 45 and 75.

.

Plus it will probably drop with time. Myself I like some Streisand and have a few albums of hers, but her recent stuff is truly snore snore. Her last decent song was "Tell him" with Celine Dion, and I love all her 70s and 80s stuff like Evergreen, the way we were and Woman in Love.

.

She is rather self obsessed too, with her "The last time" concerts, her home decorating book (I actually like, she loves Art Nouveau and Traditional Americana, she has a lovely home in Malibu) and stories of tickets to see her costing $5000. I mean this is a poor Jewish girl from Brooklyn. Where di she change?

Got some kind of love for you, and I don't even know your name
