Aladdin Sane 30th anniversary edition :D will be released on April 14th and will be packaged in the same manner as the Ziggy Stardust reissue from last year. The best news is that it will also be a 2 disc set. Here's the tracklist:

I hope they do this with every Bowie album, every year. He never ceases to make the old stuff new and exciting again. I would love to hear his aborted '1984' soundtrack included w/ Diamond Dogs and 'The Man Who Fell To Earth' included with Station To Station. One can only dream... | |

I don't think this tracklisting is as strong as the Ziggy anniversary CD's was. However, I'm definitely looking forward to the remastered sound, etc. Ziggy's remastering blew me away. It would be great if they could do this with all of his albums, but I doubt they will.  Besides, they've already missed Hunky Dory, one of my favorites (I don't mind that they skipped The Man Who Sold the World!)
Are there any plans to remaster "anniversary style" anything other than Ziggy and Aladdin??? "Drop that stereo before I blow your Goddamn nuts off, asshole!"
