I have a lot of electro synth-stab songs favs. A lot. But the past several months it has been : The System- Baptise The Beat. From the movie Beat Street. And somehow was left off the soundtrack. - Funny, "1999" was the first thing that came to mind as I read your thread title. "Sussidio" was the 2nd. - This was the 3rd... - - - This has to be the most blatant Prince influenced song back then.
