Good song! It's rare that I buy a new CD and like everything on it,but Robin's CD is excellent from beginning to end.

I'm thinking the video could feature Robin with his wife and his son.....driving around in a convertible on a sunny, windy day that's the kinda vibe I get from this song

^ LOL
I was thinking maybe the video could take place during his childhood/teenage days. It can then depict the different jobs his parents had and their struggle to raise him with little money. Then it can depict how he discovers he can sing but doesnt have much confidence in his talent. The video can depict how he and Paula meant in highschool. Paula gives him the motivation to continue to pursue his singing career. Despite his talent, folks around the neighborhood, friends and relatives doubts he will become successful in singing. The negative energy forces him to write music. One of the songs he writes is called "The Good Life " lol and as he goes through this drama he is writing the song throughout the video. At some point he askes Paula to marry him and they get married. One day he sings in front of a record producer at a soul/jazz club but its not a upscale club. Its a local club (looks like a shack) and he is impressed and wants to sign him. He signs him and tells him that he has to change his look. Then he comes out with his first album and its a success. He has everything that he could ever want: fame, money, cars, clothes, success etc. He is still finishing up his song "The Good Life" lol. After he is done writing the song, he goes in the studio and records the songs for "Blurred Lines" album and it just shows him in the studio singing and his creative process. It shows him recording "The Good Life" lol and then it ends with "Blurred Lines"CD hanging from a crate lol
