I see that Dawn is on the reality show R&B Divas and it appears to be doing well, which begs the question.....why don't the four original EnVogue ladies agree to do a reality show of their own? It would be a win-win situation for everybody. They would make some money, they would raise their profile a little and with all their drama,it would get sky-high ratings! The show could take us behind the scenes as they record a new album and plan a reunion tour. The album, when released, might actually become a hit, because of their increased exposure.
To do this, though, they would have to actually re-form (all four of them). It's something that they should all think about.
I'd rather see them on a reality show, instead of that absurd Braxton sisters show.
at one point there were plans to do a reality show around the time of the 20th anniversary but it never came into fruition aside from a video that made it to YouTube a few years back. It was titled the En Vogue Project and I think it might have been just a working title.

that's too bad.A reality show would have been the best way for them to reignite thier career.I'm not a huge fan of these type of shows, but I gotta admit,it has helped many forgotten artists and bands get a little more attention.
They spread it around relatively well, but Dawn and Cindy were the two main soloists.
Hold On - Cindy (Terry on the "Who's Lovin' You" intro)
Lies - Cindy, Dawn
You Don't Have to Worry - Cindy
Don't Go - Terry
My Lovin' - Maxine, Dawn
Giving Him Something He Can Feel - Dawn
Free Your Mind - All
Give It Up, Turn It Loose - Maxine
Love Don't Love You - Cindy, Terry
Runaway Love - Cindy, Terry, Dawn (Maxine speaks the intro)
Whatta Man - Dawn, Maxine, Terry
Don't Let Go (Love) - Dawn (with bits by the other 3)
that's the cool thing about EnVogue....each member could really sing and everyone was given the opportunity to shine. This group was never about one person..it was their collective talents that made them such a fantastic female group.I like how they shared the lead singing duties.
You forgot to mention the re-recording with Terry on lead vocals after Dawn let En Vogue the first time.
What are you talking about? There's a slightly different version where Terry has some ad libs at the end, but there isn't a version of that song where Dawn isn't the principal lead singer.
The original version of Don't Let Go that was on the Set It Off movie soundtrack (lead vocals: Dawn) is NOT the same one that is on En Vogue's EV3 album (lead vocals: Terry).

You're mistaken; it's Dawn on both of them. There are only slight differences between those versions. You can check for yourself with a quick trip to iTunes or Amazon if you don't have the albums.

I remember years ago seeing Dawn up close! When I attended the one of many Janet Jackson mega tours. She was sitting near me. I would have to say she is the best looking En Vogue member. She is fine!!!
will ALWAYS think of like a "ACT OF GOD"! N another realm. mean of all people who might of been aliens or angels.if found out that wasn't of this earth, would not have been that surprised. R.I.P.

Looks wise, you can't go wrong with any of those ladies! If you have any doubt, may I present Exhibits A-D:

It's the same song (set it off sdtk, ev3 album, all thier greatest hits records etc.).
The only two "versions" of Don't Let Go that I'm aware of is the album version and the video version where Terry sings some extra adlibs in the chorus at the end right after Cindy does. Besides that extra part by Terry, it's the exact same song.
I have seen Terry sing Dawn's lead vocals on the song during a performance at some show a few years ago (it's on youtube somewhere)... but never in a recorded version of the song.
Unless you are talking about Whatever. On that song there were some switcheroos with Terry and Dawn's vocals I believe.
