Not a dumbass! What if the "fanatic" accidentally broke her arm pulling on it? Would you call the fan a dumbass? lol

Can anyone imagine Rhianna ever doing an episode of MTV Unplugged? How about her performing in concert, a cappella? Yeah, neither can I. All of her songs only require her to moan about two or three notes. Otherwise, Rhianna's only real "talent" is presenting herself as beat-off material for record company execs, and 14 year old boys.

She isn't extrememy talented but, she is more than jerk off material for 14 year olds. Older boys jerk off to her too. eek

Unlikely. What's more likely if you approach your adoring crowd, they're gonna want to touch you. I hope she gets sued, she's a nasty piece of work. Thoroughly dislikeable.

There's a difference being touched and being tugged/grabbed/pulled. Her reaction was a normal one.

Yeah for her it is. Violent.

There are loads of examples of other artists not reacting this way in similar circumstances, so bottom line is she's wrong, and if you think that's normal, so are you.

Why do people think that buying a concert ticket gives them the right to accost the performer? Too many people think that celebrities are public property or pets or something and it's wrong. People need to keep their damned hands to themselves if they don't want problems.

Prince, in you I found a kindred spirit...Rest In Paradise.

It is highly unprofessional to hit someone when you are on your job, no matter how upset they make you.

Unless you are a wrestler, boxer, MMA, etc., its pretty inexcuseable. She wasn't being attacked and her life was not in danger.

Have you ever heard Rihanna's acoustic version of Umbrella? She needs her vocals in the first verse to be autotuned just to stay on key! disbelief lol

Be as it may, Rihanna will NOT get a MTV Unplugged episode anytime soon.

Exactly. My first thought when I saw the clip was that there should have been a firing of the whole team. Its time to sever the contract with that security company.

Its actually the job of her personal security, but still, its not something she should have to do herself. Why is she paying them, then?

It was a small thing and she could have just easily (as she did) have just pulled away and moved on. She felt the need to pop somebody. Those island girls can be hot-blooded.

I don't get her wannabe-gangsta attitude. I wonder how much of it is for real and how much of it is an act? She doesn't seem very badass in interviews, just like a cool and sweet girl.

.

But as soon as she's on Instagram, Twitter, on stage etc, it's all about "bitches, hoes, strippers, money, nudity, weed, bling" & I don't know what...

.

hmmm

All I know is what I see in the media and to me she doesn't act the same on TV as on social media, so I wonder what is real and what is for show. I'm a media lover so I'm interested in how our celebs use it. I guess she's doing a little bit of both; some of it is real, some for show.

Maybe so, but Amy wasn't a skanky ho with no talent. She made real music and had a way of delivering a song like no other.

I was joking. I'm no fan of hers, just don't see anything wrong with her popping someone who grabbed her. Her music's a little too young for me. smile

And she was high on drugs so she didn't know what she was doing. No that that's a good excuse.
