Ronald Isley came on 106&park&gave it up To R.Kelly.that speaks VOlumes IMHO.what R.Kelly has been able to do with Ronald Isley alone speaks on the Man's Genius&Soulful Ways.

He said R's writing and producing all of the Isleys new one? Will be interesting to hear, the only acts he's done that before are Aaliyah and Sparkle's debuts.
just Found Ronald Isley's Protege Girl group that are in the New Isley Brothers Video also have a Album coming out that R.Kelly is Written&Producing all the Songs on that as well.this is R.Kelly's Year.

All this good stuff coming, yet on the other thread it was disputed that he's the VIP of R&B right now?
You Know we are dealing with R.Kelly Haters Can't nobody Fade The Cat&He truly Shows His Depth while under Pressure.the fact we are still talking about Him Showing Growth, depth&Bringing the Pain on a Double Set almost 15 Years into the Game because He has been around since 91 Speaks Volumes about Him&His Desire at wanting to Be Aomongest the Baddest Ever!!

http://www.saveoursoul.nl

For the "What Would You Do" video link. Notice R spying Mr Biggs' lady Asia at the end. Feel a showdown coming on? hehe
Mr.Biggs from what I Hear(Ronald Isley) is getting down with One of those Back-Up Girls the Protege Group in the Video Singing.R.Kelly Wrote&Produced Tracks on them as well in addtion to doing the whole New Isley Brothers New Album.R.Kelly can't be stopped 03 is His Year so far.

---

I bet you would not defend him if the girl was your niece or sister. I love me some black folks but, I hate ignorant black folks. Let's continue to blame the man for our actions when we are wrong. Sounds like a cop-out to me.

I hope you enjoy the Chocolate Factory because I think Mr. Kelly is going to be busy with his new girlfriends in prison.

first of all My Daughter,Niece&Sister aren't Star Struck&No Amount of Money is gonna repair what is Wrong.but you don't put yourself out there like that.I don't Condone what He did&whatnot as a Person but I truly Dig&Respect Him as a Artist. His Situation ain't even in the top 50 in that Business. He just got caught.I'll always Buy His Music&I did back when He&Ayliyah were together as well.ain't nothing new there with Him.it's been One of the Industry's best Open Secret's.who is to say that nayone would even bother Messing with R.Kelly should He face Lock-Down?and more than anything He needs Help to deal with this.I don't trust the System&Don't believe it.Rob Lowe got caught on Tape where is the Hate of Him being on "the West Wing"? Roman Polanski Oscar Nominations,DVD/Video Sales&Money Box-Office Money etc...&He can't even enter the USA but He still is Rewarded what gives? Woody Allen married His Adopted Daughter&Was Banging Her at age 16 or 17 nothing stops Him&BTW I Think "Annie Hall" is one of the Greatest FIlms Ever.Woody Brings Her to NEW York Knicks Game front-Court&nobody says Jack.so please nobody should become Holy than Thou against R.Kelly when it's allowed amongest others without anybody trying take away there Creativity&Freedom.

---

"You don't put yourself out there like that!!!" Blaming a child instead of an adult. Implying that whatever has been going on in the industry for years is o.k to keep going on.

You need to really think about this shit before you type it.

Who cares about all of the white guys you mentioned. Yes, they should all be in jail but, there not. We all know that race plays a big role in everything in the USA. R Kelly is a black man he should have been smart enough to get some help or at least not be dumb enough to tape this shit.

For your information child molesters get the shit beat out them in prison. A lot of people in prison have been molested and they do not like these scum bags.
Hate to Break Hearts but I dig R.Kelly The Musician always Have&always will So Haters Need To Shake them Flakes off because it's going in One Ear&Out Da Other!

Hehehe I think Ronald has lost all touch with reality. To me the whole "Mr Biggs" thing is trip out humour combined with tight soul jams but I have visions of Ron refusing to answer to his old name anymore and only "Mr Biggs". I saw he was getting dissed for wearing sports jersey on TV other day when he's apparently "too old", he ditched his wife and seems to take the new pimp persona very seriously... to be fair though how many other names from soul's golden era are still commercially viable? R pulled a masterstroke in fashioning a place in the modern charts for the Isley Bros.

Hell, pop music conventions would have RK himself washed up and out the game by now, but he's rolled with the punches and kept in touch with every new generation thus far...
yeah He truly walks around town as Mr.Biggs from what I Hear.He is really Hard on Folks from what I hear as well.but I Think the World of Him because while Cats like Tom Jones walk around with Playing CHeesy Roles for life Ronald Isley is still a Prime time 1rst Tier Act&even better Vocally with Time.R.Kelly truly Brought Him Back even Bigger than the Isley Brother's ever were when you think about it.Right on with Pop Music Convention on R.Kelly as well.R.Kelly emerged back during the New Jack Swing's late Peak&right when Rap was starting to really Dominate&Yet He found a way to Hang in there&emerge¬ back down.if you would have told me back in 91 that R.Kelly would have Outlasted Teddy Riley:I'd have said that you were headed to the Looney Bin.but 13 Years Later Musically R.Kelly is On Top of His Game&Teddy Riley is Like a Boxer Knocked-down Twice already&Knocked down a 3rd time at the 9 count&the White Towel is almost ready to land&we are almost at the 10 Count.

Feeling your points, although you know I dug a good amount of R's debut LP your right there was little sign of the true artist he'd become. Teddy's dropoff is sad to see, he hasn't adjusted well in the 90s, classics like "No Diggety" aside...
Teddy got Comfortable after working With MJ&Never was challenged on that Level. After "Dangerous" Teddy wasn't challenged any longer IMHO.everytime I see Dre,Puffy,Jermaine Dupri,R.Kelly,D'angelo,Maxwell,etc.. I always say to myself Teddy Riley did all of that but as Babyface pointed out so well:Riley just couldn't Write but always came up with Grooves but Just wasn't Business enough Savvy to really expand as a Artist IMHO.the First BlackStreet Record was cool.He had Dave Hollister&Leon Sylvers in His Camp back then.I Wonder what Teddy has done with the Neptunes since they all hail from Virgina Beach&Teddy did have a Hand in Hooking them up a Bit?Teddy needs a Hit like Snoop Dogg needs a Make-Over IMHO.

The What Would You Do video was filmed recently at a Chicago theatre show. What a concert that would have been.

Even with all the craziness surrounding the R, he was able to bless
Syleena by writing and producing a couple of tracks again. "It's
always a joy working with R.Kelly. I think he's fascinating. I saw
him yesterday, I still just go sit and watch him work because he is
such a genius. I am really not just saying that. He creates songs,
like in minutes. And not just lyrics, the whole thing." Still,
though no duet (which I personally would love) has yet to surface.

Jagged Edge just had there First Hit with Nieva just last year.I Know they have had a few Hits but they always saying someone took there stuff they even blamed 112 for something along those lines.Great Selections by the way.that would easily be a Double CD Set of SOlo Hits not including the Stuff He has Composed on Others.

Good looking out on the two songs from The Shaft 2k OST. Class material that would have been worthy of TP2.com at the time, too good for that lame movie anyway. Other OST songs worth checking out for of R's besides the DJ Quik joint are "Just A Touch" and "Take My Time Tonight".

Oh yeah "I Believe I Can Fly" from Space Jam was OK too... biggrin

That's struggling to keep it down to two CDs for the 1992-2002 period alone. The Chocolate Factory 2CD set can stay as it is for now. hehe

I Can't Believe any Network would give that Gap Tooth Beaver a TV Show let alone allow Him Air-time? the Cat is at best a 3rd Tier Comedian&that is being Kind on a Really Good Day.He makes Mario Joyner Come Across as the 2nd Coming of Eddie Murphy&that is so far off.Dave Chapelle is a First Class Bum&Wouldn't Be Allowed to Hold Ronlad "Mr.Biggs" Isley's Coat let alone be heard.Chapelle is Full of Flakes&Being a Bum as well,

I feel you man, at first you smirk hearing someone re-doing a song with new joke lyrics. Then you listen and hear he ain't doing anything that clever, just basic toilet humour laughs. He does sound a limited comedian if it takes a simple stunt like this to get promotion yeah.

As for the wack computer game don't forget all the time some programmers spent creating it? Right down to the vocals and backing track on it...

I brought the Chocolate Factory CD a couple of weeks ago and I listened to it the other day. I must say, it's incredible. No matter how you feel about R and the events of the last year, anyone who's heard this CD will tell you that it's a masterpiece. R really is on top of his game and I enjoy this CD the most out of all the other's I've heard of his before. If this is really R's last CD, then what better way to go out than with a bang.
I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that

Cool Review, but I doubt seriously this will be His Last Album because the Cat has alot of Music sitting in the Vault of His.

I agree, there's too much talent and productivity there for the well to ever dry. He'll always have an audience regardless also...
