I'm not sure if I like this guy's music, but he's got a pretty good voice.

Saw him on a few awards shows and he sounds ok.

Some folks get on Twitter have a couple of people following them and think they have music career? I see these fools all the time making silly statements and I'm like who are you? I'm leaving the music biz or folks this or that... did you have a music career, do you have a music career? Cuz, posting craziness on Twit doesn't count.. I ask my kid who he was even she said, Who? This man should try and get over himself... I hope I don't sound too judgemental as Soul said.

Well of course black people are judgemental. Arguing that they are not would be like arguing that the sky is not blue because EVERYONE is judgemental. Humans are judgemental. However, I think its absurd to imply that having an opinion makes one judgemental and especially for a race of people who are not opinionated about issues that really matter.

Let me put it to you like this (this is an example)... if everybody was raving about how his creative stunt at Billboards was the most inventive thing of all time... he would not be calling people judgemental. I just think sometimes people throw that card as a cop out just because they disagree. Everything is not judgemental. Criticizing something is not necessarily judgemental given the context. Having an opinion is not being judgemental.

^This! I find Miguel's statement very ignorant. "Black ppl are the most judgemental ppl in the world." Really Miguel? As in the whole entire world? As in you've dealt with and spoken to every single black person in the world and have found them to be the most judgemental people? To make a sweeping generalization that all black people are the most judgemental people in the world is not only very ignorant, but very wrong! Yes there are many judgemental black ppl, not denying that. But there are also many judgemental white ppl, and lots of judgemental asians, and latinos and etc. Point is HUMANS are judgemental. Being judgemental isnt a racial thing, its a HUMAN NATURE thing. Miguel is just mad at some black folk -- for whatever reason and is taking it out on the whole race, SMH.
