PBS is back with an all new installment in its My Music series, and this time around, viewers will be treated to the soulful, smooth sounds of the greatest acts from the 1970s and 1980s.

My Music: '70s & '80s Soul Rewind features recent and long-buried footage, including performances by Kool & The Gang, Lou Rawls, The Spinners , Isaac Hayes, Earth, Wind and Fire and many other R & B greats.

Whoopi Goldberg hosts the celebration.

My Music: '70s & '80s Soul Rewind begins airing on PBS stations nationwide on June 1.
