Did they ever come to a settlement with his will? I'll be watching anyway, but just was curious. I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince. |

Last I heard, it seems like they're close to settling the matter. Darryl Brown recently said something to the effect that he knew he was hurting his father's legacy by carrying on so he dropped his suit against his dad's estate. |

So did you guys see this? I forgot to watch it on Jan. 3rd, but I did see it today when it was re-aired. I have to say, I believe Brown's grandson and his original trustees over his will...and NOT his greedy daughters. When his lawyer said "Mr. Brown influenced you, but by no means do YOU influence Mr. Brown"...I truly believe that was the truth. Just seems sad that in the end, his wishes weren't followed through on. When his daughters won the case so that THEY would end up with at least 25% of his estate, it's like Makes you think, what is the point of having a will executed when folks can come back after you are dead, contest it, change it and win? I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince. |

Me too. That was real lowdown. Remember they actually SUED their father for money for songs they didn't even write but James credited them for tax reasons. Why would they even sue for that purpose? Once that was brought up, the judge should've laughed it off. Poor grandson too. I definitely agree with him. JB got railroaded (by his own daughters). |

And then the greedy daughters had the nerve to not know why they were cut out of the will??? Especially after suing him for greed when he was still alive??!! It's mind boggling the lengths people will go through just for money. I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince. |

As well as the grandson too. I have to say that it was really irritating watching his daughter smile and laugh at the end about the fact that the foundation James had chosen to give his money too hasn't, till this very day, seen one dime of it....explaining "well I've had to pay my legal fees and lawyers". How can you laugh about something like that? Sad situation all around. I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince. |

And if I'm not mistaken, didn't this tramp get arrested for some foul shit? I think I posted about her... |
