I mean I guess I'm happy for him, but I'm really not actually because people give recognition to this over a lot of better things out there. I hate how this is a lot of the world's intro to K-Pop when there are much better things coming from there. I just see this song and video like a novelty thing kind of like the Macarena was and other stupid stuff like that, only now I guess people have more access to this stuff through the internet.
I really think that if it wouldn't have had that video it wouldn't be big outside of Korea. But what do I know, people praise this song and video so much. Maybe this is just how great music sounds nowadays. | |

not surprised, if a dancing cat and singing get millions of views why would this not? Im not impressed by views downloads etc...doesnt mean shit in reality accept that people have too much time on their hands to watch nonsense. But im not impressed because you can look at a site like World Star Hip Hop and a video just put up is already getting close to a million views, happens all the time and its some clown you will never ever hear of and not be relevant etc...same shit different day, this is why when people tell me that the real talent is not on labels its on the internet and indie i go...really? you might wanna rethink that "We went where our music was appreciated, and that was everywhere but the USA, we knew we had fans, but there is only so much of the world you can play at once" Magne F | |
