As that old Jazz standard goes, "I Can't Get Started". For whatever reason this year it was a chore to get my traditional holiday play-list up... I don't know why. Even so, here it is with a couple of new tunes and some old ones from previous play-list past. My Smith and Wes track was blocked, that's okay I'm planning to upload the play-list over at 8track.com some time tomorrow. xmas

You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton

I always thought that I was the only one aware of the Living Voices. My parents had that cassette tape and we played it when I was a kid.

This is probably my favorite Christmas album and they never even released it on cd. Appears it's a cult classic.

That's a Christmas song?

"When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. We really don´t like the idea that he could have it all."
