Hey orgers I hope everbody had a great thanksgiving.

Ok so I was just watching Missy Elliot's behind the music and it got me thinking. I think she was a true innovator her videos and outfits were so crazy and I think her flow was amazing.

Don't you guys think that Nicki Minaj is copying Missy E's style more than Lil Kim's?

Just think about it, Lil Kim was all about the sluttiness. Nicki is too, but not to the extent of Lil Kim. Nicki wears all kinds of outlandish shit, bit Missy E was already doing that type of stuff over a decade ago. I can see a lot of influences in Nicki's videos as well. Nicki swagger jacked BOTH of them, but I don't think people realize Missy's influence. Even with the rap-singing. Missy was doing that as well.

Do you guys agree?

Minaj is definitely an amalgamation, sort of jacking a little of whatever from where. Her voice is now undeniable and we all must wait for this flame to reduce itself to embers, if not ash. See the career of Missy for more info.

I feel like we gotta ride out this new class of yodelers until someone comes along and just Eminem or Nirvana's them. Isn't alot of the new sound very yodely?
