Boy Krazy -- All You Have To Do Boy Krazy -- All You Have To Do
THIS^ was 2nd single from their debut (and only! ) album. You gotta love the dance tracks, especially the disco-inspired ones, from the early 1990's

I bought the album when it first came out on cassette and cd. Later on I got the remastered version with the bonus tracks. On both versions "Different Class" is my all time favorite track.

Were they a British girl group? The only song I remember them from is 'Thats What Love Can Do" which went straight to #1 on the US pop charts.

They were American, who worked with British producers/songwriters Mike Stock, Matt Aiken and Pete Waterman (the team behind Rick Astley, Bananarama, Kylie Minogue and etc). Like the Spice Girls that came after them, each of the members would have their own look and vocal style.

Unmistakably SAW produced and they're all attractive, but the track sounds like something first rejected by Bananarama.

that's the only song I remember, it was all over the radio in spring of 93'

I remember buying the cassette single back in the day. I don't understand why this group had a #1 song yet I dont recall them performing this song 'live' on Mtv or talk shows. (Arsenio ex.) This group came and went real quick. I wonder if this was a copycat Pussycat Dolls scenario. One lead singer and the others just background scenery.

apparently it only peaked in the top 20 in the US, but I'm outside the US and would hear it on the radio everyday

I think Boy Krazy's All You Have To Do sounds like Kylie Minogue's Step Back In Time.

According to the liner notes in the reissued version, Samantha Fox did record a version of That's What Love Can Do with SAW for her own upcoming album but was never finished. Different Class was first recorded by a male trio named Nitro while Love Is A Freaky Thing and That Kinda Love was written to be recorded by another group (Cool Notes) in mind. One Thing Leads To Another had already been recorded and released as a single by the British group Yell! [Edited 11/1/12 13:49pm]
