Quick question about a Bryan Adams song

I'm listening to the number 1's from 1985 and Heaven by Bryan Adams comes on and I tell my wife I like that song and I bought the album back in 85. She say's "thats a chick song". I say no way! Whats your take?

Do you remember lying in bed
With your covers pulled up over your head?

Well it was the love song to A Night In Heaven, a flick about an older woman (Leslie Ann Warren) who falls in love with male stripper Christopher Atkins. Magic Mike of the 80s

In general terms....When an individual can appreciate forms of Music by Male & Female artists it doesnt matter if the song is about a man declaring his love for his Woman or a Woman declaring her Love for her Man....

What the Artist wants more than anything is for their body of work to MOVE you in a way that you have to share your experience with others....

Yes there are Torch songs & theme songs for Men & Women....But at the end of the day its all about how the Music moved you and how it made you think after you've finished listening to the track..

Music is so,so Powerful in every way, shape and form....

You're very right, I think that if music moves you it doesn't matter how, why or who made it.
