That's because MTV and videos no longer go together.

That is sort of the point of the video.. which sadly is being a bitch & will not post

The video raises some truths i have always thought about it when it comes to MTV, simply ''we'' AKA peeps born before 1995 are not there demographic anymore.

it is our generation that decided to start downloading music & pirating everything, and now we have youtube & a million other sites to watch videos.

So when people cry about MTV not playing videos, you mean to tell me you would rather watch tons of videos you don't like to see 1 or 2 u do? when you can just go to youtube & watch ANY video you want.

Plus MTV has always been about money, people will complain about what they play. Just like they did back in the day when they played hits.

My only question for MTV would be why do they still hold music award shows when it is not a music channel anymore? It seems it is just mostly centered around popularity and they can nominate and choose who wins since they dont play music videos.

That is stupid on there part, they show videos at un-Godly times where i doubt anyone is watching

Plus it's 2012... so every video will be rihoenna, katy perry, nicki minaj, Lil Wayne, rihoena, carly ray, rihoena, nicki minaj, rihoena, Some other rapper, rihoena, some other pop artist, kesha, katy perry, nicki minaj, rihoenna, some other rap artist, rihoenna, nicki minaj.

It is so fixed and formulated which is why I can not grasp how the ratings of the show go up every year.

Are generation is just REALLY DUMB.

Why would you want to watch an award show that you know MTV is just going to decide who wins and that the viewer had no say in it?
