Soul Train

I just turned on Bounce and they're showing an episode. It seems to be on at random, because I never see it on here anymore. It's nothing different (LTD & Michael Henderson), but surprised it's on at all. smile

You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton

Since Bounce was showing the same ST episodes constantly, people probably stopped watching it. I guess they didn't have the rights to any others. I don't see that gospel show Backstage Pass either. I think they're even slowing down on the Richard Pryor, but I hardly turn on the channel anymore. razz

Naw, Backstage Pass is still in full effect. And I think Critical COndition came on the other day. They seem to be playing more Blaxplitation flicks now.

I think she's part Native American, or at least she's been at some Native American music award shows.

I watched a few days ago and they had the Barkays and McFadden & Whitehead.

The Barkays performed Move Your Boogie Body and You've Been from Injoy.

I saw Chic perform two songs from Risque on tuesday.

I don't even look for it anymore because I already know it's going to be either an episode they have already aired or one that WGN or Centric aired a few years ago. I recorded all those episodes and if I want to see them again, I'll just pull my recordings. I can see re-airing them another time for those that missed them the first time, but they have re-aired the damn shows 50 times each. Fuck that.
