Rihanna's "Diamonds" #1 on the Revamped Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Songs Chart

Billboard is changing the way its R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart is compiled, which means good news for Rihanna's "Diamonds" single.

The song blasts to #1 on the list, which now measures a song's popularity based on a blend of airplay, digital sales and streaming data. The R&B/Hip-Hop tally had previously been based solely on radio airplay.

"Diamonds," released in late September, is Rihanna's second chart-topping song on the R&B/Hip-Hop songs tally, following 2008's "Take a Bow."

Rih's Unapologetic lead single, "Diamonds," also grabbed the top spot on Billboard's new R&B Songs chart, which tracks non-rap titles.

Miguel's "Adorn" comes in at #2 on the R&B-only tally, followed by Alicia Keys' "Girl on Fire" at #3, Trey Songz's "2 Reasons" at #4 and Frank Ocean's "Thinkin Bout You" at #5.
