Midnight Star of course. I may have liked a version of Gerald or Johnny singing solo better than LSG's but Keith Sweat is a no no. LSG's version is just okay. Don't laugh at my funk

I have a radio interview with The Time during the Pandemonium period on a cassette. The radio host announces that Keith Sweat and Dino (I Like It, Summergirls) will be on the program the following week. Morris says "Who? I don't sweat, I'm cool!" The other guys start making Dino Flintstone noises. You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B.
