people say that his songs are syrupy and schmaltzy,but there is real melody in his songs! "Could It Be Magic" is one of his best.I love the haunting melody of the verses,and that long instrumental segment after the first chorus just kills me.Today's artists could never come up with something like this.Still prefer the Take That version... and ashamedly Leona Lewis' when she sang it on X-Factor. | |
