I gotta dump on this one, too. Maybe because of the cheesy movie it was attached too, or maybe just because it's a bad ballad IMO.

But I'd rather not ever hear it again.

There were much better tracks from their Nine Lives album. In terms of soppy ballads, I've always loved this one:

I like this song.. only because it was on the radio constantly when I was a child.. it was the first song I ever loved.

My overriding memory of this song is going to karaoke with a group of students and one of my Japanese students who barely spoke English got up and did a perfect imitation of this song

Hmmm. This song does not deserve to be the biggest of their career. seriously, if you mention aerosmith to anyone in the Uk, they'll prbably sing this to you. Or say something like 'oh yeah, I like that Run DMC song they did' .

If it's ballads you want, there are much better ones in their back catalogue. I present to you...

I liked it, but didn't know it was from a movie. Diane Warren wrote it, and her songs tend to be popular.
