If Bobby Byrd and Johnnie Johnson wasn't able to successfully sue James Brown and Chuck Berry for failure to put them in songwriting credits, what makes Salsoul think they got a case in getting millions of dollars from Madonna? Funny, I heard less of this version when Vogue became popular. Before Vogue hit, the video used this or a similat track, when Vogue became a hit, Maverick quickly re-issued a new video for Express Yourself that included the Album Version, so people would think that it's not the same song.
