I imagine Aretha would also use her weapons of mass destruction-her breasts.

True, but ReRe doesn't move quickly, so sitting on people wouldn't really work.

I don't see Aretha as a fighter. Bessie Smith beat up men, so she would have been a better choice. lol

In the Franklin family, Carolyn was the real fighter in that family. I think Erma Franklin was "too classy" for that and Aretha probably used Carolyn as her protection. Aretha's more of a talker/slapper than anything else. She once slapped a cop (I think, don't quote me) while in Paris in 1971 during a tour. So nah I can't see her winning a three-way fight between Nina and Grace. Besides Grace got the karate/wrestling moves and Nina is a straight boxer. lol She'd lose with either one. lol

I don't know if it's true or not, but I read once that Patti LaBelle gave Cindy Birdsong a beatdown when she left her group for the Supremes.

Carolyn & Erma are Aretha's sisters.

falloff I knew they had a fallout and there was probably a nasty argument but you know, I wouldn't be surprised if that was actually accurate. lol

Grace is the obvious favourite, because in a combat situation her thighs will act like a vice designed trap even the wiliest opponent.

Aretha's not so nimble, but she has one killer trick up her sleeve: should the opportunity arise, she can let loose 'the dogs' and suffocate her foe.

But my money's on Nina, because she'd likely turn up packing a gun.
