What in the world? You might remember a brief subliminal twitter spat last week between Drake, Chris, and Meek Mill concerning a love-triangle involving Rihanna. According to reports, things took a turn for the worse last night when Drake (or members of Drake’s camp) allegedly approached Chris Brown’s table at Greenhouse nightclub.

Apparently there was an altercation that resulted in a member of Drake’s camp throwing a bottle at Breezy. In true Chris fashion, he took to twitter to vent his frustrations. He also tweeted a picture of his injury.

The details are super hazy at this point, with some even saying rapper Meek Mill was also involved in the altercation last night. I’m sure we’ll have more information as the day goes on. This is just too bizarre to be true…

If this is true, it's a classic all time low, fighting over a broad who isn't worth it. What's worse are the two assholes fighting over her are just as worthless.

Chris Brown was left with a nasty wound after his entourage clashed with Drake's early this morning in NYC.

TMZ has confirmed with DCPI that the two singers' crews got into it at WIP nightclub in New York -- and that 5 people were left injured from the violent outburst.

NYPD arrived on the scene shortly after receiving a call between 4 and 5am. Chris and Drake were not present when cops arrived.

We're told there were no critical injuries ... just bumps, bruises and lacerations. No arrests were made.

Brown tweeted the photo above after the fight, showing a cut on his chin. He also reportedly tweeted the message "How u party wit rich n**** that hate? Lol... Throwing bottles like girls? #shameonya!" -- though both the photo and message have since been removed.

There are reports that the two started throwing blows (and bottles!) over Chris' ex girlfriend, Rihanna, who Drake is also rumored to have hooked up with ... but we have not confirmed these reports.

Rihanna has such horrible taste in men or should I say boys Drake is fugly with a capital F while Chris is good looking but we know he's a jerk. Both have written diss songs about her...She must not have any self-respect.

I would like to see Drake and Chris actually fight each other without their entourages though That would be some funny shit.

Rihanna is pretty but Ima be honest I dont see how any descent man would want to be with her besides her looks.

She comes off as very bitchy and immature. I dont feel sorry for her and her bad choices in men. You attract people who are like you and thats what she gets.

Chris Brown sustained a nasty gash on his chin -- apparently a wound from a bottle attack -- after his entourage allegedly clashed with Drake's crew in a NYC nightclub brawl.

Drake flashed his middle finger, engaged in serious trash talk, and drafted several other rappers to join his posse ... minutes before the all out brawl with Chris Brown, according to multiple witnesses in the club.

We're told the tension started building when Drake gave the middle finger to one of Chris' bodyguards and shouted ... "I'm about to go whoop that ass!" Chris' entourage then returned fire with a few hand gestures of their own.

Witnesses -- who were very close to the action -- tell us that Drake felt disrespected ... even though he started the exchange ... and went to get backup from his boys Meek Mills, Juelz Santana, and Travm B.

At this point, we're told Drake got loud and shouted at Chris ... "You be on that ho s**t on Twitter n***a" -- a clear reference to a recent Twitter war between Chris, Drake, and Meek ... all over who's banging Rihanna.

Moments later we're told Chris' security guards got irate, pushing and shoving began between Meek, Juelz and Chris' posse -- and you know the rest.

Interestingly, everyone agrees Drake never got physically involved in the brawl -- even though his mouth ... and hand .. sparked it all.
