Chris Brown Vs Rihanna Feud Escalates with remix song and tweets Last night, RCA Prince Chris Brown set the net alight with a remix to Kanye West‘s ‘Theraflu‘.
In the cut, much to the dismay of ex girlfriend Rihanna, Brown ‘subliminally’ slammed her by mocking her alleged ‘industry reputation’.
This resulted in Rihanna blocking him on Twitter which led Brown to follow suit. Now, he has addressed the issue head on.
Details below…
Taking to Twitter, he explained:
Assumptions! I didn’t say any names so if u took offense to it then its something you feel guilty about.
As long time fans of Brown, we have to admit this is a little disappointing.
Disappointing, because this game of ‘how’d you know I was talking about‘ only adds fuel to the belief that Brown is a tad childish- and is need of a nanny not a manager.
We say this because with the status of ‘Phone Snatch Gate’ still up in the air and a new album on the way, sending for Rihanna will only give the general public even more reason to dislike him.
Dangerous, because as the sales of ‘Fame’ prove, Team Breezy aren’t strong enough to give him mega-selling album worthy of his budget and has and will always need the help of the curious public to boost units.
With talent like his, we hope Chris quits these games and silences his critics with the quality material we know ‘Fortune’ will serve up.
Until it’s release, here’s hoping this doesn’t go any further- for his sake. Last night, Chris Brown surprised fans with a remix to Kanye West‘s ‘Theraflu‘.
Well received by his ever loyal ‘Team Breezy’, the number has found itself in controversy already today- after Brown’s ex Rihanna unfollowed him on Twitter, following its release.
Check the song and Rihanna’s response below… “Don’t f*ck with my old bitch it’s like a bad fur/Every industry n*gga done had her/Shook the tree like a pumpkin just to smash her…”
This prompted Fenty to tweet before unfollowing him:
Aw,poor dat #neaux1currr.
Maybe- just maybe- if these acts spent more time in rehearsals and less time poking jabs at each other, they wouldn’t have to cheapen their brands for controversy.
Because this is what this- controversy baiting. So it’s a wonder both performers stay telling their fans ‘we’ve moved on’ just to pull stunts like these to stir up hype for their respective projects.
Maybe down to being surrounded by ‘Yes’ people or the inability to see when enough is enough, but antics like these will ensure both of their legacies are overshadowed by their on/off relationship, and not the art they were signed on to create

It's impossible to not be disappointed by Chris Brown.
Rihanna is practically the same way.
I agree they should both spend more time practicing their live vocals and songwriting skills and less time on their laptops and phones.
Whoever thought it was a good idea to let your fans have THAT much access to you?
Superstar Chicago Bull Derrick Rose doesn't even have a twitter account.
Newcomer J Cole I believe only uses it for promotional purposes for his projects. No project, no twitter.

I like RiRi, but she really needs to keep her ass covered and she and Chris need to stay the fuck off Twitter. If they want each other then get a room and stop all this childish back and forth shit.

pretty much a guarantee that this is nothing but more fake BS for publicity, its all todays aritsts have, thats why i cant seriously call them "artists" without laughing, but its not just them taking to twitter, its all these losers doing it, 50cent tweeting about his label, and then the other knuckle head Kanye and Wiz Khalifia etc.... how about making good music and actually becoming artists rather than being on twitter.
I will agree 100% on the whole access thing, i have a twitter account but i have like 9 tweets in about 2 years, i mean i could care less and i dont even check the people i follow anymore, occasionally i look at it and it amazes that some "so called" stars, post 100's of things a day, which to me, if u have that kind of time, u aint no star, ure unemployed or really need a life.
As for the "disappointing" factor, i dont really like chris brown, not because of the whole incident, but honestly all RB males of the last 2 decades, bore the shit out of me, its all the same, i could not tell the difference between trey songz usher or a chris brown song if u held a gun to my head. As for Rihanna, shes at that point where its "what are u gonna do" because she is like Britney was, your fans are getting older, and they move on, you still want a "market" so u try to still sell to kids, so i say she is about 4-5 years away from making that "decision" that all pop stars have to make "We went where our music was appreciated, and that was everywhere but the USA, we knew we had fans, but there is only so much of the world you can play at once" Magne F

people can stop blaming twitter its not the problem its how people use this shit that makes it a problem 2 u not them. twitter is a good source 4 people 2 see they are human just like everybody elese they tweet and converse just as they please. who needs word up magazine when u have twitter i like how chris brown is always posting pis and comments on his daily just 2 show he a average joe, my major issue with chrs brown is image? are u trying 2 b a rapper or singer?? cuz it seem 2 b sometimes u want the bad boy image of a rapper then u try 2 bounce back like a laid back singer. u cant have both.ive watched footage of his concerts has he ever sang live??? he is a wasted talent cuz he appears 2 be a great dancer with horrible cheographers.

These two need to just go away. They do all this shit simply because they both know their days are numbered and a few short years from now no one (including the media) will give a rats ass about them. They barely have any talent, so they have to resort to shit like this for attention.
Other than "umbrella", I couldn't tell you the name of one damn song from either of them. Thankfully!!

Aww I think they're gonna eventually get back together. Chris didn't mean that-it was wrong and he knows it. These tweets are just to get a reaction from her-he still loves her.

Chris Brown is one silly dick.
I can't respect him for beating up a girl, but I can live with that, My problem is the fact he's all self righteous and releases crappy songs like "Dueces". Say what you like about Phil Spector, James Brown or Ike Turner, at least they didn't try to act like they didn't do anything wrong.
Man up Chris, an apology and some charity work go a lot further than having a hissy fit about people calling your bullshit.

I betcha he already apologized to her, but he does have a point that she's been getting around alot lately
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
I don't doubt that he has apologised to her personally, but he comes across as a pretty spiteful little child in the public eye. He needs a PR department to help him clean his shit up.

I believe they do still have feelings for each other as well, because their eyes light up like a Christmas tree wihen they're around each other. You could see the sparks. I think what it is, their handlers and labels don't want them together because of her image, and she brings in the dough.
