KELLY IS KING OF THE CHARTS: 50 Cent is second in line. (Feb. 26, 2003)

*That 50 Cent fella is making a killing right now. He's really showing and proving that he is a force to be reckoned with in the music game. But you know who's doing even better than ya boy? R. Kelly!
Despite all that's going on his in his life, fans are still feeling his "Chocolate Factory" release (and so do we). The CD was good for more than 500,000 sales last week making it an easy number 1 and ousting the position held by 50 Cent.

Kelly has been fighting child porn charges this last year but the latest allegation came just last week from a woman who claims she was assaulted in a Chicago studio by Kelly.

The R&B star was quick to make a statement through the media saying the latest claim is "nothing more than an outrageous and blatant attempt at character assassination."

It's a very good album maybe his best. Kinda makes you wonder what kind of affect personal turmoil can have on ones art.

That damn duet with Ronald "Mr Big" Isley is fuckin HOOOTT!

Damn the album is out cold, (but it ends kinda dumbly with Fat Joe...).

It takes off again on Loveland which has some nice new cuts especially the song title. And ends askin somebody 2 marry him...

I don't own any R. Kelly Cds but almost wanted to get this one beucase the first single is hot. Not its not on sale for $10 like it was last week. Damn!

Everybody's talking about how good this album is, and I swear...I am just not feeling it. It sounds plastic like a lot of the other shit that's out there. To each his/her own, but I heard nothing truly great on this album!!
