I'm considering going to see him again, since he's coming back to Europe but I really thought by now we would get a new album. If I do go, I hope it's a bit better than the first show I saw back in feb. D, release that damn album already and keep working day and night so you can give us more music! How much longer do we need to wait lol.

He can freak it like Miles Davis did back in the day and just do shows that showcase his new stuff. Or even do a One Nite Alone-esque tour. That would be dope.

Yeah I know, totally agree. I also hope the show is a littler tighter than it was back in the beggining of the year but he was nervous because it was his comeback show, but yeah.

I totally regret I didnt go to the afterparty in Stockholm, so I could had been his muse or torture him to give us some new music lmao, perhaps that's the only way we'll hear some new stuff lol lol lol

D' keeps doing all of these shows full of covers and stuff. And even though they are damn funky as hell, why isn't he playing this new material that's been hyped up for almost a decade??? confused

Full of covers? One or two if I remember correctly and three or four new songs.

Hey loudmouth, shut the fuck up, right?

True, but a majority of the songs he has been doing live as of late are covers. Let's be honest. But I'm grateful.

You mean the Bonarooo? That was an one-off thing... At his concerts he played mostly his songs.

Well I mean as far as new songs, he's just been doing old material from his output, with a couple of new joints as well as covers. But the new stuff I've heard is promising though. I just think it would be dope if he just did shows where he's doing just all new stuff. With all this talk about fucking people up with this "experimental" stuff he's been working on for a decade now, that would distinguish the men from the boys. lol

I see what you mean. When the new CD is out, I assume the setlist will change too and we will get to finally hear the new revolutionary stuff. I don't think the audience would be too pleased now if all he played were songs they didn't know.
