I like the tone of his voice when he sings. I used to listen to Once Again a lot. I like just about every song on there - PDA, Show Me, Coming Home, Maxine, Save Room. But his next albume Evolver disappointed me.
I just think this take is much more powerful - it takes an electro-rock song and makes it jazzy and bluesy. I love his phrasing and to me his voice is pretty strong on this performance.
I think his first 2 albums are good. Plus he's fine as hell. I wouldn't stop him from crooning as loungey as he wants to me!
I like lounge-y, but I'm also one of the fewish on here who likes his voice. I really like the instrumentation at the end of the performance, too.
Rainy day, nothing to do - John Legend music sounds nice to me. I'd throw him in the mix with Norah Jones, Aqualung, Citizen Cope, Ray LaMontagne, some old school Otis Redding, and be good for the day, curled up on the couch with a cup of coffee. (Kind of what I'm doing now!)

Which I have before on here. But I'm not doing that anymore. I like to keep certain things private. Anyone can believe or not believe. I don't care. But I know and have seen a lot in my young years. I'm really not starstruck. I have an admiration for some that I can't hold back on. But the entertainment industry is my life & I'm very enthusiastic about it. Always will be.
I love this site because its dedicated to my musical idol. Plus it talks about a lot of other artist & entertainers I been in contact with or met.
