Tease - Tease

I just ordered this from Funkytown grooves. I'm really enjoying this album so far. I accidentally ordered 2 copies, of if anyone wants it, they can get it here. These are my favorites so far.

The first two Tease albums were seriosly funky. I remember listening to the '83 debut & going "Who in the HELLLLLL are these guys...WHOA!!!!"

Stellar crew.

Chuckii Booker's synth-hook at the intro seems inspired by Funkadelic's "Knee Deep"

My jam from their last joint

^^good lookin out Shango! I'd never seen those first two clips either.

What did you think of Kipper's solo album? I was SO psyched about that one coming out, only to be dissapointed (although the "extend-o version" of "Shockwave" remains on my current playlist).

You're welcome! cool I dig the list of artists which he mentions towards the end of "Carry On". He finishes that list with: "...and The Isley Brothers..." and then the track segues into the classic "Footsetps In The Dark". That's a cool moment.

Yeah, the project sailed it's own way indeed. I noticed though his nod to Tease in the liner notes, something like "...To my brothers from Tease. When we will do it again, look out world..."
