Clare Fischer did some work in there as well, right?
I keep telling myself I need to pick up this broad's album. Everytiiiiiime you post about her, I put up a mental note that seems to get lost so annoying.
Her album and Nicole Renee Harris' debut had the same exact ensemble, aside from Billy Preston and Clare Fischer. Hers was produced by Arif Mardin.
Paulette McWilliams' "Never Been Here Before" from 1977 is a delight to listen to as well, I had to snatch everything with this lady's name on it eversince my ears caught "Mellow Madness". | |
