Any news on more M.J. albums?

Just wondering if anybody knows of any plans for Sony to release any more unreleased Jacko material on a new album? A quick look on Wikipedia shows 100's of unreleased/alternate versions that would surely be better than the last album ('Michael') they brought out...

I don't look for Sony to release lots of material at one time. They have eternity to release this extra material.

Also, a lot of the producers that worked on certain material are not giving up the material. Wyclef and a few others said they would never release the material they worked with MJ on.

I remember reading an interview with Dr. Freeze about the new M.J album. He says the next album will have Do You Know Where Your Children Are? and Blue Gangsta

This is interesting. I had wondered why of all the material recorded they chose what they chose for the Michael album. I had guessed maybe they were going to start with the weakest material first thinking the about milking the unreleased for as long as possible. Maybe it will take to time to organize\evaluate everything they have and decide what the fans really want ie outakes from classic albums rather than stuff he did in the last few years. Off the top of my head the stuff I want to hear is the Teddy Riley tracks they did for HIStory.

They're just saying they don't have enough so they could milk him for as long as they could and drop surprises. But you would think the first post humous album would be the best right?

Normally, yes. But it seems like they rushed the MICHAEL album, without really digging through the 'vaults' to see what was there. Since it's release, better songs have leaked, so we know the next album will could be better.

Trust, there are hundreds of songs in the vaults.

I was disappointed with the album they released a few years ago.It would be a better idea to just release the old, unreleased songs *without* any kind of modern production,or attempts to make the songs sound like today's music.
