LL has been a good host I liked how he acknowledge Don Cornelius... even though once again I felt it could have been a little longer...but glad he did it anyway

Very good emotional performance Jennifer... Short but made alot of impact... We love you Whitney!!!
Very touching performance by JHUd.
But I'm a little pissed that they didn't mention Don Cornelius in their In Memoriam tributes. They acknowledged Steve Jobs and the producer for the Oscars but not the man who put soul music on the map?
Oops, I stand corrected. LL just mentioned him.

I'd credit Ike Turner, Berry Gordy, Ray Charles and James Brown before I credit Don. He did bring soul music to more mainstream outlets on TV though. |

Chris Brown has one hell of a publicist. Worth every penny. His career should have been over years ago. |

Really? CB again?
And I'm so tired of David Guetta. After the Kelly Rowland song he feels he needs to try to reproduce a hit with just about everyone, and it just fails 98% of the time. Change it one more time.. |

Well of course but he still deserves a tribute... he promoted THEIR music and black soul music.
I wonder what BET is going to do... |

Yeah I didn't see her mention at all... but then again I think because of Whitney's sudden death they had no choice. |

Everybody remember the BET Honors come on tomorrow night. Stevie, Mariah, Maya Angelou, The First Lady, etc. will all be there.
It'll probably be one of the sole times I watch it this year. |

Their tributes are real fucked up anyway. The people that have passed away it's like if they get acknowleged, they get a lot of folks doing nothing or just mention it briefly and carry on with their joke show. |

I don't know. For some reason I can never watch the BET Honors. Don't know why. It just seems like their attempt to prove they wanna be mature. But you could do that at the MAIN awards show. But you could tell me how Patti and Aretha did... |
