Wow! I've been curious about this album for awhilenow. I absolutely love Modern Man. Such a great pop/rock funky new wave album but i've heard snippets of the second album and wasn't so impressed. seemed more R&B tome. Is it good? Seems like it was just trying to be like what was popular at the time or am I wrong? |

Nick Ashford was someone I greatly admired, had the honor of knowing, and was the real-life inspiration for Cowboy Curtis' hair. RIP Nick. - Pee Wee Herman |

I like it at least as much as, if not more than "Modern Man". If you like "Modern Man" I would definitely think you will dig "Nothing Ventured, Nothing Gained" also.
The third album, "Man On A Mission" is great too |
