LOL! Lana totally reminds me of Fiona...vocally. I love 'em both! I thought the SNL performance was flawless. I still don't get why people didn't like it. Her vocals totally sold the lyrics to me.

I read some of Lana's lyrics and compared to Carly, I still can't see how she is. But hey that's your prerogative of course.

the album has far exceeded my expectations. I was ready for a lot of filler/samey materials with that sound she's going for, only just a few listens later and I can already recall the melody to a number of songs. lots of real catchy stuff in there. favorites so far being Diet Mtn Dew, National Anthem, Radio & Lucky Ones.

I think this is someone's attempt to be "indie".

I found a quote from an interview she gave recently. MAAAAN, she's not a good interview either!
