First I've heard of Bruce's comments. Be interesting to read the full article it was in. The said thing is after 93 MJ was an easy target and people who were either pissed or joealous could throw around rumours or inuendo and people would have second thoughts about it.
But the fact he worked with him again post 93 shows he didn't take it much as fact. Maybe post 2005 he felt there might be something to all the things he heard. Again just a false situation making people think twice.
Sad that he felt that way. But if he resolved his opinion post 2009 then that's what he feels now. People have to have the right to admit they were wrong to think that way.
What I can't understand is *if* (and I don't believe he did) something did go on, then surely those in the know - with proof - who did nothing, were equally to blame. To me it's all just a whole lot of chinese whispers and jealousy playing out and people taking pot shots. "I'm not human I'm a dove, I'm ur conscience. I am love"

It wasn't from an article. This was on a forum, I think it was Gearslutz "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

I feel like Stevie Wonder is one of the few people who always stood up for Michael. And I remember back in 2005 he was ready to be a character witness for Michael. I remember on Larry King Stevie was pissed off to hear people talk about Michael that befriended him and then stabbed him in the back. $$$ &

WOW!!! Not Bruce too. I bet this is one of those that T Mesereau said that when he asked them to support Mike in court they refused but after his death there were parating as his friend. Well, FUCK HIM. If he can only support a person when they are on their hight but trush or abbandon them when they are down, then they are cowards as fuck and i can't have a single respect for them.

"Glee's" take on Michael Jackson's "Smooth Criminal" is off to a fast start.
"It is an unbelievable honor to even get to be a part of such a legendary song by the one and only Michael Jackson on one of America's favorite TV shows," Gustin tells Billboard. "I had a blast doing this song with Naya Rivera and the positive response from the fans is an unexpected bonus to an already surreal opportunity."
So far, the show's sales best week in season three came with the mash-up of Adele's "Rumour Has It/Someone Like You," as it sold 160,000 in its premiere frame according to Nielsen SoundScan. Next is their rendition of fun.'s "We Are Young" (a 137,000 bow) and David Guetta's "Without You" (97,000).

What do you guys think of Michael's bands soundwise?
Listening to bootlegs and video footage, the best IMO were the Destiny Tour, Triumph Tour, and Dangerous Tour bands. Bad was great too but certain songs were overtaken by synths "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
The best band Michael used was during the Triumph Tour. The Dangerous Tour had a nice band though too.

After listening to audio from the Destiny, Triumph, and Victory Tours, I gotta say the Destiny and Triumph tours beat Victory. with the 2 previous tours, they were competing with EW&F, The Commodores and Isleys, and any band with a flutist and horn section gets my admiration
HIStory felt cold. Other than a few songs, they pretty much used the multitracks from the album "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

The HIStory tour was going over the motions to be honest. Michael was already growing disenchanted with the business at that point so it wasn't as focused as the previous tours. The Destiny Tour band was very nice too...

...THAAAAANK you.
I love the way MJ fans act like they're allergic to sex jokes just because MJ use to talk about being a big kid and climbing trees.
...He also had a nudie mag collection that would rival a sex shop. 비

How come Latoya's was missing? never mind, I didn't just go there
those porn mags were from the LMP days hhehehe
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
How do you know that?
I don´t mind sex jokes as long as they don't involve little boys. "When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. We really don´t like the idea that he could have it all."
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
The dates were mostly from 1994 and 95, you do the math. And the boys jokes make me so mad, I would just not go there.

Yeah some of the fans can be closet freaks
Y'all HEARD ME! Closet FREAKS!! I've read some of your fanfiction, bitches!!! THAT SHIT NASTY!
I knew Michael was a man. There is no denyin' that. Big kid or no big kid, a man has needs and desires. I mean really, he was a proper man in the sense that he wasn't into giant shows of sexuality and he didn't like girls throwing themselves at him. He believed that sorta stuff should be done behind closed doors. When the doors were locked, well, the glove was off.
He was a normal man like everyone else. I always pictured the man sittin' with his homies, watching pretty birds go by. I bet until that video leaked, most fans couldn't see Mike sayin' "That's some nice fish over there.." or "Look at her titties!".
And yeah, if those sex jokes are about little boys, the teller betta run for his gaddamn life!

agreed. wish mj used live horns in his tours. triumph sounded the best destiny (first leg) sounded way too naked. they didnt have any horns.
bad just sounds plastic. dangerous was slightly better. history,as far as im concerned that whole tour doesnt even count
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
The first leg of Destiny seemed empty without horns but they did improve on that. I think horns were added on the American leg.
