Yeah it's been discussed, but shoot, let's discuss it again
Not enthusiastic about the Cascio tracks (Burn 2 Nite has already leaked and sounds like a flaming pile of cow droppings)
Apparently, a part of "For The World" was played during that "Michael" EPK that was put on Youtube last January.
Some of those songs date back to the late 80s and he was reworking a number of them before he passed:

i think that (with the older tracks) michael may have went back and reworked them (just a thought) if thats the case we have 2 versions and im not to crazy about the cascio tracks either, im just so glad that we have so much more music coming, and the best part is... i think this is just a fraction of what michael left behind.. ahh! im excited! i hope they release them UNTOUCHED, i dont want another album like the last one. Not just one version. Remember Michael would do several mixes and edits so each version has it's own alternate version

im with everything all of yall have said! i want all the unreleased material,all the demos,all the alternate versions, all of the music video rehearsals,all of the tour rehearsals, quite frankly i want EVERYTHING.,
the estate could do SOOO much! and i dont think they relize that if they did release all these things we are saying.. they would make 1000 times more than releaseing things like the last album.. they just dont make any since to me, | |

I watched the BBC documentary of MJ "The Essential Michael Jackson" ...and one thing that was so weird was when they showed Thriller music video. I've noticed that they(BBC) changed the pitch of his vocals. Just like when they played "Purple Rain" in the Prince documentary. The vocal pitch was slightly higher that the original version but it makes a huge difference, all of a sudden MJ's voice sounds a bit annoying to me...Did anyone else notice this? Why did they changed the pitch and why only "Purple Rain" and "Thriller" I don't get it.
Wouldn't they all sound the same....

absolutly not, go back and look through the few billie jean demos that are surfaced (i think there are 3 maybe 4) they ALL sound different, and if they all sounded the same why would they have so many versions
it drives me crazy to know that the estate has all these gems, and theres nothing we can do about it....except wait... and hope.
