MC Hammer - Lets Get It Started I love me some MC Hammer and this album right here is banging. This shit has great beats with bumpin bass. Anybody down with the Hammer? Remember Pumps and a Bump? That is one of the baddest Hammer tracks!

Alright Timmy! Someone with some good taste! Seriously, though you can't deny this man was an incredible entertainer. He put his all into his stage shows.

He put all of his family and neighborhood on stage with him too. It would be like 50 people up there.

"Let's get it started! Oh-oh, oh-oh, oh-oh, oh..." that song can still get people doing the bump 25 years later.

there's also the hand-signs in "2 Legit 2 Quit" and the late great James Brown appearing in another clip

I still love that video just because James was in it.

He could throwdown. He may have been a rapper but he was far from a shit hopper. He had the jams for the asses! Andy is a four letter word.

He sure could! I almost think of Hammer as a dance artist more so than a rapper. His jamz were so funky and danceable. Hip Hop artists try too hard to be hard therefore you can't really dance to their music.
