After rediscovering D'arby's debut album...I FINALLY bought Symphony or Damn (at a used CD place). Man, was I missing out. This should have been the follow up to the debut. A kick ass collection of songs. MUCH better than Fish or Flesh...or whatever the second album was called.

Penelope Please (very Prince-like)
Are You Happy?

But the whole thing is very good.

For you TTD fans out there...is Vibrator as good as this? Where has he been?? Didn't he change his name too? Need to catch up with this guy.

I never really dug "Fish or Flesh " though ... still dont get into it ...

am anxious to hear some new stuff ... and to possibly see him when he comes to the states (april 2003+/-)!!!???

Symphony or Damn I really enjoyed, its easily one of his best. I like the video concert 2 one of his shows at that time.

I just ordered Vibrator. So what is the deal with Wild Card, its not available in the US except as an import? Is it worth the $20?

Strangely enough, I can't really get into his debut album. But I love Symphony, Vibrator, and Wildcard. I think Vibrator is the best though!

I LOVE this album!! I particularly like "She Kissed Me!" This is one of those albums that should have received more attention.

This should be in my mailbox NOW ... was worried i might not like it. Good 2 see these good reviews. Can't wait 2 hear it.

This is one of the best CDs of the 90's.

I think SoD is a masterpiece, especially the last three songs are simply beautiful: I still love you, Seasons and Let her down easy.

Wildcard! is tha bomb. It gets a spin almost every day, you really have to get in the album but the moment you do..you´re hooked.

I have seen him at Paradiso Amsterdam a couple of months ago, he was great! If he´s in your area, go and see him.

Let Her Down Easy is another beautiful one off that album. It's not song for song, but it's a must-have for any TTD fan...

you gotta get the 7" white vinyl version of "let her easy". it's really different from the cd. he sings this one like he did on letterman. just beautiful.

Turn the Page is indeed a great one too, Succumb to me is one of my favorites, the sottering (did I spell that ok) in that song is fantastic.

Probably TTD's best album in my opinion. It's his Sign O the Times... a crazy eclectic collection of some incredible music.
