Just wondering why Janet always focuses on her weight when she has a new product to promote? Is it so people can comment on her looks FIRST, as opposed to her music first? I think she looks good as she is right now. Why the constant focus on her body, when she doesn't look overweight. Again, IMO, it is a plan to put the focus on her body/looks to get people talking about her and then the promotion begins for her new album or movie. Seriously, there can or should be only so much focus on weight, body and looks when promoting new products. Of course, that's just my opinion.

The last time I do remember her real hair was on the cover of Essence during the janet era, I think she said something like "its all mine" or something, but her hair has definately thinned out especially on the sides later. She does the same type of promotion EVERYTIME that she has a new product to promote. All of the media stories are about her weight, her body, etc. Janet is an attractive woman. She has never been subjected to taunts about her appearance from the public or media. She has been considered one of the most beautiful women in the world and I just don't believe the stories about her so-called "insecurities" about her body, appearance. The only reason that people focus on her weight is because she PROMOTES her body, weight etc. When is she going to allow her music to be the main focus of her promotions? She now says that this is the HAPPIEST time of her life because she feels good about her body and self. I find it ironic that she has been saying this since Michael died. Why is THIS the happiest time of your life, when the most TRAGIC thing in your life and your family's life has happened? Why is she NOW happiest with her life and how she looks? She has basically been saying this since 2009. Very strange.
